♦ Product Manual:
These materials are all halogen-free and non-toxic modified polyolefin resin as the main raw material, adding halogen-free non-toxic flame retardant, heat stabilizer, smoke suppressant, anti-mold agent and other additives, and then mixing, extrusion granulation And made. This type of material has good processing properties, physical and mechanical properties, insulation properties and excellent flame-retardant properties. It does not release halogen acid, and self-extinguishes after leaving the fire. It can greatly reduce the emission of toxic and corrosive gases and the generation of smoke, the insulation resistance changes little after immersion in water, and the cable has a high degree of safety and reliability. Has the best cost performance.
♦ Product Performance:
Typical values see table(7)
♦ Product Manual:
See "Instruction for Use" for details
♦ Product Packaging:
Use moisture-proof packaging, aluminum-plastic composite film bag or nylon composite film bag for the inner bag, and paper-plastic composite bag for the outer bag. The net weight of each bag is (25±0.2) kg, and each batch is 20 tons.
♦ Transport and Storage:
During transportation, stacking and storage, the sun, rain, soaking and footsteps should be prevented; the storage environment should be clean, dry, ventilated, and the temperature should be 0℃~35℃; the storage period should not exceed six months from the date of production . The storage period of cable materials containing chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorinated polyethylene or neoprene rubber should not exceed six months from the date of production.

♦ Precautions:
⑴ The quality of the cable performance mainly depends on the stability of the cable material performance, the cable structure and the cable manufacturing process. The factory requires the buyer to verify the cable material before it can be put into production.
⑵ In order to verify the consistency of the formula and performance of the cable material products of our factory. For each batch of products provided by our factory, both the supplier and the buyer must take 0.3±0.05kg sealed samples and keep them in records, and supervise them separately. So that they can be implemented under the same conditions. Keep samples for verification. The loss of the sealed products shall be borne by the factory. If you need to store unsealed samples, please refer to our factory's sealed samples.
⑶ The environmentally friendly cable material products of our factory meet the requirements of EU RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC), EU REACH Directive (1907/2006) 15 SVHC requirements and SONY SS-00259 eighth edition requirements. If there are other environmental protection requirements, the factory should be notified in writing.
