The product of this project is a physical anti-termite product that has attracted much attention from the cable industry today. It is based on a special polyolefin. It is an environmentally friendly anti-termite product without adding any harmful additives to the modified material. The plastic is made by mixing, plasticizing, and granulating through a special process. The product has the same physical and mechanical properties as ordinary PE and is produced in accordance with the GB15065-94 standard. Longqi has a hardness up to Shore D65 and has excellent wear resistance. Depending on its hardness, elasticity and high smooth surface, it can resist termite damage. It is an anti-termite product for external care of high-voltage cables.

♦ Processing Technology:
It is suitable for processing on the existing power cable extruder equipment, especially the processing surface of the extrusion die should maintain a good finish to ensure the hardness, smoothness and neatness of the sheath.

♦ Product packaging, storage and transportation:
The product packaging of this project adopts paper scrap composite bag, the inner packaging is PE inner film bag, and the net weight of each bag is (25kg±0.2). 40 bags are a set of tons of packaging and wooden pallet PE film to keep it intact and easy to transport. Pay attention to moisture, rain, and sun. The storage warehouse requires ventilation and dryness. The normal temperature of the warehouse is around 0℃~35℃. The storage period of the product should not exceed six months from the date of production.
