The product of this project is suitable for the cable sheath of ADSS optical cable or 10KV overhead cable with tracking resistance requirements. Youwei ADSS optical cable (NDPE) jacket is designed for high-voltage transmission and distribution circuits and optical cable communication circuits to simultaneously lay ADSS anti-tracking optical cable jackets in harsh environments with high-voltage electric fields. It contains special additives to ensure excellent tracking resistance, weather resistance, and environmental stress cracking resistance. ♦ Reference Standard:
The tracking resistance of this project meets the 1A4.5 standard in GB6553-86, and the made optical cable meets the requirements of the DL/T788-2001 anti-tracking standard.
♦ Processing Technology:
This project is best processed on an extruder with a length-to-diameter ratio (L/D) of 20:1 to obtain an excellent appearance, with a smooth and dense surface, and the extrusion speed is fully adapted to the requirements of the cable manufacturing process.

♦ Product Packaging, Storage and Transportation:
Use moisture-proof packaging with reference to foreign PE imported base material moisture-proof heavy packaging. The net weight of each bag is (25kg±0.2). 40 bags are a set of ton packaging with wooden pallets and sealed with PE film to maintain a clean environment with rain and sun protection for easy transportation. Storage requirements Ventilated and dry, the warehouse room temperature is about 0℃~35℃, the storage period of the product should not exceed six months from the date of production.
